Orange Tribal

I wore this to a quick dinner with the family. I'm just noticing that this is more fall than summer, but I've always been drawn to warmer tones. I'm also trying out the belted cardi look that I've seen a lot of people wearing. I think it turned out okay, but I probably need more practice to get it just right for my body shape. It's all about trial and error, right?

  1. You did a great job belting the cardigan. It's a nice thin belt and you did the cute little belt tie too. Love the bright cardi with the tribal print top. Heather

    1. Thanks, I'm trying different trends and looks to see which ones actually work for me.

  2. The print with the orange looks awesome! I can't do belted anything. My hips are just too big and I'm not interested in accentuating.

    1. Thanks! I know your pain, I have an extreme pear shape myself. I've just learned how to hide them under tunics like this one.

  3. I've been wearing fall colors lately, too. I think it's because subconsciously I want the weather to cool down a little bit. Haha! I love the belted look on you, and I love the tribal print, too! :)

    1. Hopefully if I add a few more layered looks, the temp will drop a few degrees, lol.
